✪ Terms of Service for Donations and Memberships ✪

I want to offer as many fun things as I can, and I will always appreciate the crap out of everyone who supports me in any way whatsoever! Your support helps me keep the channel going and generally exist, and I will always thank you for that.

To keep things fun and fair for everyone (myself included), we do have to have some rules to go with the money stuff- this may be updated if new cases come up that require clarification.

Money made through the channel is typically saved for emergencies or put right back into more games or projects for the channel! If you donate for a specific reason (e.g. buy yourself x game or something for dinner), it’ll go to that as long as it’s within reason (I’m not buying a ballista).

✪ Membership Rewards ✪

I will not read aloud any names that are inappropriate.

This can be hate speech, slurs, or anything that breaks platform TOS.

I have final say on what may be considered ‘inappropriate’- this list is not exhaustive.

The Discord members role will not give you special treatment in regard to rule breaking.

              If you get banned in the Discord, you will not be let back in.

All donations are non-refundable, no matter what platform.

I do my best to read every donation message out on stream! However, if your message is inappropriate, I will not read it aloud.

If there is any issue with merch at all, please use the contact email provided to reach out and we will get you sorted!

Surprise chargebacks will result in a blacklist to that address- if you need to cancel, please reach out and speak to us directly or go through the website you purchased from.
